Cancellations by Customer:
Customers who cancel with a minimum of one week's notice (7 days) before the workshop will receive a full refund or can transfer to another available workshop date.
Cancellations received with less than one week's notice are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another workshop date subject to availability.
Cancellations by Workshop Operator:
In the event of cancellation by the workshop operator due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, severe weather, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or transfer to another suitable workshop date.
